Lay the chicken on a flat surface, patting it dry on both sides with a paper towel.
Combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Mix it with your fingertips to combine.
Season the chicken on each side with the spice mixture including salt and pepper.
Add the olive oil to a large non-stick or cast iron skillet over medium or medium-high heat for a 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the chicken to the hot skillet and cook for 3 - 5 minutes per side.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and place on a covered plate for 5 minutes to let it rest before serving.
